Volunteers are needed to staff the 311 Call Center to assist in answering phone calls from New Orleans residents who have any questions/concerns or need assistance. A brief training on 311 Call Center procedures and tasks is provided. Volunteers will be able to take breaks. Snacks, meals and beverages will be provided.
