Case Manager, Volunteer needed by Restoration Point Foundation

There is a significant need for individuals to serve as case work assistants. Restoration Point works with low-income families and case workers to develop a recovery plan to repair or rebuild their home. This involves
guiding the homeowner through the various paperwork and
information necessary in order to receive assistance during
their recovery.

You would meet with homeowners, get their story, create a
narrative, take pictures, and help them collect the paperwork
necessary to complete the initial casework process.

Skills :

Organization skills are helpful

Ability to write clearly and able to communicate the story and
needs of the homeowner

Patience

Knowledge of construction is not necessary
