Volunteer, AmeriCorp Volunteer needed by Rebuilding Together - New Orleans (RTNO)

Rebuilding Together New Orleans (RTNO) is currently looking
for Americorps volunteers. RTNO is a local affiliate of the
national nonprofit, Rebuilding Together, and since Katrina
has helped over 37 low-income families return to their
storm-damaged homes.

Americorps positions available include:

(10) Americorps Direct positions to assist with homeowner repairs

(3) Americorps VISTA positions to help with volunteer management
grants/resource development, and community outreach

(1) Americorps VISTA position in partnership with Tulane University
to coordinate service-learning students and serve as the RT
Information Officer.

Americorps volunteers receive a living stipend, an end-of-term
education bonus or cash stipend, and a health insurance plan.
