Employment Services The focus of Goodwill Industries Easter Seals of Kansas, Inc. is employment training for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment. Employment assistance through our programs focus on transferable work skills and attributes that every employer wants each worker to have. These skills include: Reliability and Dependability Communication Skills Team-work Skills Critical Thinking Skills Conflict Resolution Skills Organizational Employment This program provides a real work situation within our plant, with persons receiving paychecks depending on their production. This work setting benefits each person by allowing them to work on such things as accepting responsibility, getting along with co-workers, following instructions, establishing a work ethic and gaining self confidence. Each client is allowed to progress at their own pace, preparing them for possible transition to Community Employment.
