FREE NOTARIAL SERVICE

Philip James a resident of Lakeview will be volunteering his professional services as a notary public to any resident in the location of any Beacon of Hope Resource Center. Mr. James will be at the St. Paul Beacon on Vicksburg from 9:00 to 12:00 each Wednesday to assist homeowners with their notarial needs. No appointment is necessary.
