Mold Inspections Certified third party testing through a laboratory is the only true way to assess how clean a property is with regard to mold and air quality. A letter or certificate from a cleaning and restoration company is simply not enough. Whether you are selling, buying, getting a loan or just want peace of mind you must have the property inspected by a thrid party.
