Please bring a large box with you to pick up your food!

Pick-up time is 9-10am on Saturday, September 29.

ALL THIS FOR THE LOW COST OF JUST $27.00

The deadline for online orders this month is noon on Monday,
September 17. Distribution day is Saturday, September 29,
from 9am-10am.

You must bring your receipt when you pick up your order.

Orders that are not picked up by 10am on the distribution day
will be given to other families in need. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

If you would like to order Angel Food, you may order directly
from this form.

Payments can be made with cash or money order at Cornerstone
Assembly of God Offices, 600 Mariners Plaza Drive Suite 613,
Mandeville, LA 70448 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays
from 9am to 1pm, or using a debit card on-line through Paypal
for an additional charge to cover Paypal fees.

Please make sure you pay for them before the deadline each month
or your order will not be processed.

All orders will be available to be picked up at Cornerstone Assembly
of God in Mandeville.

You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal to serve as
your receipt. Please print this email and bring it with you to
pick up your food.
