Senior Visitors Program
The Senior Visitor Program was started due to a growing need in our community to help senior citizens who many times cannot purchase the basic necessities of life, due to their low incomes and the high cost of living in the San Diego County area. It provides food, vitamins and other necessities to low income seniors and their family members thru home visitations. This program also distributes food and other necessities to senior centers in the San Diego County area.

Each month many older adults in San Diego County must decide between whether to purchase food, fill prescriptions or pay utilities or rent. Their limited income or retirement savings do not cover all their necessary living expenses. The Senior Visitors Program helps ease that monthly decision for many. Sponsor a homebound senior for $100.00 and provide about 500 pounds of food for one senior annually.
