Long Term Case Management

Long-term comprehensive case management is available to assist families in developing and implementing a recovery plan to help stabilize their household and achieve economic self-sufficiency. This service is available to victims of Katrina and provided at the main administrative office and at the five Catholic Charities of Central Texas satellite offices.

Assistance:
Long-term case management
Emergency assistance with rent, utilities, or prescriptions
Referrals to agencies providing job training, child care, counseling, or financial assistance.
Support advocacy

Eligibility
Currently, services are provided to Katrina survivors in the following areas:

Bell, Burnet, Mclennon, Williamson County or Travis County zip codes 78726, 78728, 78758, 78759, 78660

Hurricane Katrina evacuees must not be receiving case management services from other agencies.

Katrina survivors in other areas within the 25 counties served by the Diocese of Austin can contact Mark Dennis to inquire about case management services.

Service providers may refer evacuees for case management by emailing referral information to Mark Dennis.
