Adopt-A-Family, Families That Want To Be "Adopted" available at SAY San Diego

December is quickly approaching--a reminder of that time of year when many children eagerly await the arrival of toys and presents. However, many of the families SAY San Diego works with will have few or no gifts. Television commercials and catalogs show children with all the latest toys or trendiest items. At the same time, it reminds many parents what their children will go without for another year.

These children are our motivation and why we are turning to you for help. If you and or your business/group/club would like to adopt a family and make a direct impact on a low-income family, here is an opportunity.
The process is simple. SAY San Diego provides you with a “wish list” of items the family has filled out with their needs and wants. (Of course you do not need to purchase everything; the list is simply a tool.) You then purchase the gifts, wrap them and deliver them here to our Mid-City office.
This is a wonderful opportunity for you (and your fellow employees and friends) to help create a meaningful and memorable holiday for a family. Your donation is tax deductible and greatly appreciated.
