Notes:
The Society has a Visiting Nurse Program comprised of paid Registered Nurses at some of its field sites. The main function of the Visiting Nurse is to provide health education and information about health-related resources.
The Society's Visiting Nurse Program has published the Your Baby and You: Birth to One Year — a publication designed to provide useful information on how to care for a child at home and also help decide when the child should be seen by a healthcare provider.
