Christmas Holiday, Adopt-A-Family

Each year, The Women’s Resource Center helps women and their families in Polk County celebrate the Christmas holiday.

Clients enrolled in our programs are served first.

Our campaign aims to assist low-income families, where most often the women are the head of the household, and all income is used to fulfill the family’s basic needs. Holiday gifts are viewed as a luxury and rarely affordable, they need our help to make their holidays a less stressful and more joyous occasion.
