A repeat of 2005 when Reed Arena was set up for evacuees of Katrina
and Rita could happen. Local officials say Reed could be utilized as
a special needs shelter.

If the storm continues towards Louisiana and Texas A&M is called
upon for help, set up of the arena could begin this weekend.
