mission: YCAP services are available to all low-income residents of Yamhill County. However, the fee-based Yamco Transit program is available to all area residents in need of public transportation. The YCAP staff consists of 13 FTE, 4 PTE, 4 temporary staff, and 25 bus drivers, supported by a cadre of community volunteers. The strong, active and diverse 12-member Board of Directors includes representation from the Latino and Native American communities, as well as low-income clients. Community collaboration is a key part of agency success.
