We are truly blessed that all our children and staff at A New Arrival's Children Center are safe. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of the Haitian people, volunteers and humanitarian aid workers. Many have called A New Arrival to ask what can be done to offer assistance to the Children’s Center during this devastating crisis in Haiti. The building withstood the earthquake and now the concerns are getting water and food for the children. The orphanage has only the supplies that were on hand at the time of the earthquake. Rock, our orphange director, is gathering a list of item that will be needed in the coming months to substain the children and staff at the orphanage. A New Arrival is gathering information to contract with AmeriJet to fly supplies from Miami to Port Au Prince Haiti. These supplies will go directly to the orphanage. We have been contacted by many wonderful people asking how they can help the orphanage in Haiti. Lynn Frances is in the process of filling a shipping containter to be sent to Haiti with food and water supplies. Lynn, and her family and friends di To be brutally honest we will need a large amount of cash donations to buy supplies and have them shipped to Haiti within the next few days.
