notes: -> From Paul Sebring to LTel 12/1/10: What drew my attention was that many of the people coming to borgne had to pass through tibouk, or it was close to them. As they are the only clinic in that area I want to make sure that they have supplies and proper training since many of the patients were coming in with butterflies, which is unsafe, or infiltrated IV’s. I also want to see about getting a bio team up there to test the water sources. I’ve been coordinating the latter with Mike Shields.
