Mission: We are Happy Tails Farm a Kansas State Licensed Rescue. We're located in Pittsburg Kansas. There is always a lovely little, cold nosed, tail waggin, bouncin and smilin face here waiting to be adopted. They have plenty of running space, that surrounds our 14 acre home. We operate on appointments for adoption. We are not a walk in and browse any time shelter. However if you just give us a call we would be more than happy to set a time for you to come to see these sweet furkids.We spay/neuter every one. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!!! We are devoted to finding appropriate forever homes for the lost souls that have found their way to us. We like to teach people the importance of spaying an nuetering their pets. We also believe that no dog should ever be made to live chained. It is within our contract that you are not allowed to chain any animal coming from our facility. Please take a look and see if you are the perfect candidate.

About Our Rescues! We are trying really hard to find perfect homes for our furbabies. We take your interest very seriously! We want you and your new four legged friend to have a happy and healthy life. For this reason when you submit your application, it is not a guarantee that you will be the best fit for a particular rescue. Its not a first come first serve kind of a process. We put a lot of love and care into these animals and need them to have the same life or better that they are being afforded here when they leave with their new families.

Fosters
We are always needing Foster homes as we can not possibly take everyone that comes our way. If you could even foster one please contact us! We do have a Foster application, and a home evaluation to complete before approval. But that should be a breeze! There is a 10.00 application fee and then you will be licensed to foster under Happy Tails Farm.

Pet Related-ANIMAL SHELTERS-Happy Tails Farms in Pittsburg KS are opening up the Rescue to help the animals from this storm. Happy Tails is trying to put forth the effort of helping the displaced animals from the Joplin Tornado. If you have found an animal in need or have one you need to board until you can figure out your living arrangements. Please contact us. If we cant help medically we have lots of contacts who can. We are again offering temporary boarding, food, shelter, for those animals in need. Contact us
